Why change to an “Online Registration Form?
An Online Registration Form streamlines the process of registering. It will take less than 10 minutes to complete. It negates the process of printing out pages to fill in.

Can I enter two people on the one form?
Yes, you can select up to two players you wish to register. If two players are selected, you will be identified as ‘Player 1’ and ‘Player 2’.

Do I have to fill in every field?
Yes, if that field has a RED ASTERISK after it.

Why do I have to supply an email address?
An email address is required so that you will receive confirmation that your form has been received. The email will provide you with a copy of your completed form for your records. This will be sent to you, immediately, once you select the SUBMIT Button.

If Player 2 does not have an email address what do I do?
The form requests an email address for each player so that a Confirmation Email can be sent to that player. If Player 2 does not have an email address, please add Player 1’s email address in this field.

What is in the Week of Golf Package?

The Golf Package includes 4 days of competition, automatic entry into the Hole-in-One Challenge (prize pool of $1000), daily competition prizes, NTP and balls in the run down as well as vouchers to the value of $25 to spend at the bar, restaurant and Golf Shop.

If I want to play 4 days, but my wife or partner only wants to play 2 or 3 days, can the form accommodate this?
NO, only golfers who are playing all 4 days can register as the field is limited to 128 golfers each day. Golfers can play less than 4 days however they must register and pay the full 4 days registration.

How do I correct wrong information, or, I want to change information once I have registered?
Simply send an email to Ian Yarroll, Tournament Director murwillumbahveterans@gmail.com with details of your changes. Ian will email you back with the ‘Confirmed Changes’.

By what methods can I pay?
Once you select SUBMIT and complete the security check, a page will display with the Method of Payment.
Please pay by Direct Deposit – We are able to track payments more efficiently through direct deposits. Please use your SURNAME as a REFERENCE.

How do I book a Golf Cart?
If you select a cart, Player 1 will be assigned the Golf Cart. Carts will be allocated as requested on the form. Note that due to the limited number of carts you will be required to share with other participants. No private carts or scooters are allowed on the course.

Can I nominate a preferred Tee Time?
Yes. The first three days of the tournament will be undertaken via a timed start from 7.30am.

Friday’s play will be a shotgun start at 8.00am to allow for the presentation of prizes.

Is there Accommodation in Murwillumbah?
Yes, there is Van accommodation at the Showground. This is limited so you need to book in early. Please phone 0423 327 234 to arrange a site.
