Why change to an “Online Registration Form?
An Online Registration Form streamlines the process of registering. It will take less than 10 minutes to complete. The form is a “Three Step Process”. It also negates the process of printing out pages to fill in.
Can I enter two people on the one form?
Yes, on Step 1 of 3 you select the number of players you wish to register. If you select one player, only fields are visible to fill in for yourself. If two players are selected, you will be identified as ‘Player 1’ and ‘Player 2’.
Do I have to fill in every field?
Yes, if that field has a RED ASTERISK after it. There are some fields that require you to write “N/A” – if not applicable. There are some fields that say you can write ‘As Above’.
Why do I have to supply an email address?
An email address is required so that you will receive confirmation that your form has been received. The email will provide you with a copy of your completed form for your records. This will be sent to you, immediately, once you select the REGISTER Button at the bottom of Step 3 of 3
If Player 2 does not have an email address what do I do?
The form requests an email address for each player so that a Confirmation Email can be sent to that player. If Player 2 does not have an email address, please add Player 1’s email address in this field. The form will not allow you to proceed without an email entry.
If I want to play 4 days, but my wife or partner only wants to play 2 or 3 days, can the form accommodate this?
Yes, on Step 2 of 3 (Package Information) you will select the appropriate playing package for each player. Costs are determined by your selection.
How do I correct wrong information, or, I want to change information once I have registered?
Simply send an email to Ray Kent, Tournament Director, with details of your changes. Ray will email you back with the ‘Confirmed Changes’.
How do I know how much to pay?
As you select the various options, the Online Registration Form, calculates and displays the $$$ TOTAL at the bottom of Step 2 of 3.
By what methods can I pay?
There are three methods of payment. Once you select REGISTER BUTTON and your form is SUBMITTED, a page will display with the Method of Payment options.
1. By Direct Deposit … This is our preferred option and one that we have found to be used by over 80% of entrants to previous Weeks Of Golf. Please use your SURNAME as a REFERENCE
2. By Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard only).
We take your privacy seriously, so to pay by this method, all details are given by phoning our Treasurer, Gary Hughes, on 0266 795 729 (after hours). Gary will take down your details and issue you with a Reference Number as receipt of payment.
3. By Cheque … This is our least preferred method of payment. There is substantial delays in receiving mail, so we are encouraging all participants to use Payment Method 1 or 2. Your ENTRY(s) is only finally confirmed once payment has been received.

How do I book a Golf Cart?
This is all done on Step 3 of 3 (Golf Cart Requirements). If you select ‘YES’, you will be asked for the name of the person who will be using the Golf Cart. Please provide details of which days and if you are willing to SHARE with other participants.
Can I nominate a preferred Tee Time?
Yes, on Step 2 of 3 you are asked to select a preferred Tee Time – Early (7.00am – 8.00am) or Later (10.15am – 12.15pm). If you wish to play around a certain time, please add this as ‘additional information’ at the Bottom of Step 3 of 3. As far as practical, we will try to arrange your nominated Tee Time.
There may be a change made to your preferred Tee Time so that the Early and Later Tee Times can be filled to maximise and balance the Fields. If you are changed on one day, your preferred Tee Time will definitely be observed on the second day.
Please note … that partners hitting off different tees will be ONLY two time slots apart on any day.
Is there Accommodation in Murwillumbah?
Yes, there is Van accommodation at the Showground. This is limited so you need to book in early. Please phone 0423 327 234 to arrange a site.
