In case weather forces cancellation of play, the following guidelines will be followed…

… “On Monday and Friday … Field played up until play ceases will constitute the day’s event,

If Cancellation is part of the 36 Hole Event.

 … In this case the Event will be cancelled for that day and the Competition will reduce to a 18 Hole Event.”

… “If weather forces Motorised Carts to be taken off the Course and the field continues with ‘walkers only’, the Event will be as played. Those players whom are restricted from playing due to not being able to negotiate the Course without the aid of a Motorised Cart will receive a Refund of $25.00 for that day’s Event.”

… “A Refund of $27.50 will be given for each day lost due to Weather Cancellation.”

IN CASE of NOT BEING ABLE to PLAY on a SINGLE DAY …

It is really important to contact the Tournament Director or the Murwillumbah Golf Shop on 0266 721 799 of your intention of not taking your place in the Draw on any particular day
